In honour of his memory, we are having pro-boards made to sell to his friends and family. All of the profits from this are going towards having a skateable memorial bench sunk into the concrete at the local park, and having a tree planted there too. We really want to make sure we have a fitting and lasting tribute to Ash, it's the least he deserves.

Baker Skateboards have made an incredible gesture by offering to design and manufacture these boards, and we are pleased to confirm that we will be selling them for a snip at £40 per board! They will be in sizes 7.75, 8 and 8.25.

As this is not a business venture and is basically a massive favour from Leslie at Baker Boys Distribution in the US and Louis at Slugger UK, we don't have the money to front for the order so we are taking pre-orders and collecting the funds now. The boards will arrive in 6-8 weeks and we will be having a jam at Derby skate park where we will hand the boards out to everyone. We will announce this date when we know the exact date that the boards will arrive in the UK. If you're not from the Derby area we can make arrangements for delivery.

The Cyclopark in Gravesend opens officially on the 27th May, from midday. All the stuff there is free to use for the day, then it is £2 per 2 hour session peak times, and £1.50 off peak.
Session as follows, although these are not set in stone yet.
Monday 9am - 9pm, open sessions
Tuesady 9am-5pm open session ,5pm to 7pm scooters only ,7-9 Skate only
Wednesday 9am -5pm open session, there is an under 16 session penciled in here, followed by another open session til 9pm
Thursday 9am-5pm open session, 5-7 scooters (I know) then bmx till 9pm
Friday, Saturday and Sunday, so far, are open sessions, 9am-9pm.

As I say these are sure to be reviewed and tweaked (there is a free park being built at the other side of Gravesend, which may attract the fruity scooties, we shall see...)

This video depicts a child being horrifically abused. Some idiotic dickend with a brand new smartphone decided it was a good idea to put this on youtube under the description "don't dislike it, it might get removed", or words to that effect.

Plenty of users have already commented, popping in their tuppence worth about how disgusting it is, but I think something like this should be pushed a lot further. It is a shame to think that the world we live in is full of people who sit behind their computer screens and do nothing but shake their heads and sigh at those who abuse others, but no-one ever seems to take any sort of affirmative action. I think it's time for that to change.

I'm emailing a link to this video to a few television stations, the relevant authorities in Malaysia and a few other people who I think might lend a helping hand. If, lets say, one million people take action, the authorities with the power to take such action will have no choice but to do something about it, and perhaps some good may come of it.

All I ask of you lot, whoever might read this, is that you pass on the link to someone you know, and perhaps email it to a news station, or the government, or someone in a position of authority. Maybe then people will begin to realise that they can't get away with abuse that easily.
