Basically - head over to http://video.mpora.com/cctv and check the instructions.

There will be a new challenge on there every 2 months and all you have to do is upload a clip on the mini site with the appropriate tags (see instructions) and then pimp your clip.
One with most views gets a Volcom package.
Utterly piss easy.
