    Salmon sounds delicious - I reckon this is one for this weekend (if I manage to muster enough cash by then to actually buy the salmon!)

    You will need. 4 fresh Salmon fillets and a packet of fat juicy cooked prawns
    A tin of chopped tomatoes with herbs
    a red pepper and a green pepper and one onion
    A red chilli
    3 garlic cloves

    Firstly, preheat the oven to 200 degrees
    then get a casserole dish [with lid]
    place your salmon into the bowl
    chop your peppers and onions into bite size chunks. Size doesn't really matter [in this case ...nahh i'm kidding]
    Chop the chilli into small pieces
    Throw them into the bowl
    Peel and chop garlic, put that in
    Add the prawns and pour over tomatoes
    Make sure everything is covered.
    Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
    Cover with lid and place in Oven and just leave it there for 30 minutes.

    Bugger off and watch tv or have a natter on here...Whatever.
    Return after 30 minutes. Remove the dish.
    Boil the kettle and make cous cous.


    The salmon is soo soft and delicious!
    And if it isn't...You have done something wrong! hehe

    Sounds delicious I'm going to try that one this weekend.

    Here is a dead simple one from my Italian cousins-in-law that I have every week:

    1 Tin of tuna in oil
    1 anchovy
    1 big or 2 smallish onions
    1 Chilli (otional)
    2 or 3 cloves of garlic
    Salt and pepper

    1) Chop the onion very finely
    2) Chop the garlic finely
    3) Chop the chilli finely
    4) Put the tuna in a bowl (with oil) and mash it up with the back of a fork
    5) Heat a tablespoon or so of olive oil and stick in the garlic and chilli for 30 seconds followed by the onion and anchovy for a couple of minutes – mash the anchovy around so that it sort of dissolves in the oil
    6) Once the onion has started to go soft add the tuna
    7) Once it all starts bubbling turn it down pretty low and stir occasionally – but allowing bits to get slightly burnt give it that extra yumminess
    Add plenty of pepper and salt to taste
    9) Cook 200g of penne pasta
    10) Once the pasta is cooked then drain quickly, add the tuna stuff
    11) Serves 2 and is amazingly delicious

    I'd seriously puke after one bite of most of them.

    They are however making me want to eat, Deep fried chicken balls, burgers, pizzas and kebabs all in one go! hahhaha
