Default Today's possibilities of defunkt famous spots

As mentioned in the Sidewalk archive thread by MN who asked the question what could have possibly gone down on certain parts of southbank that are now defunkt...
Here is a thread for those who want to speculate about the possibilities of old famous spots that are no longer being skated.

Gonz gap - I'm sure we would have seen a Carrol bigspin down that and someone knocking a nollie heel/flip down it

actually I can't think of any spots at the moment so this might not be a good thread afterall! haha

I'll add what I added to that thread, someone by now would have landed a mayday on Southbank's old wallride. Maybe Strubing?

I looked for a photo and found this, not seen it before, obviously while they were knocking it down.

Only time I ever skated it was the first time I skated London, back in...maybe 89. If I remember right the when they pebbled the doorway it messed up the run up and then they put the bars in front of it like the small banks and when the small bank bars went they left them in front of the wallride. Pity. I know Natas did a boardslide on it and Cab did something too. I saw someone grind it.

The Gonz would literally have had everything down it.

cab and natas both did bs-boardslides on it, lance had a fs 5-0

could be wrong but thought cab did an axle stall on it, too, which is way scarier that you'd think

Didn't Jamie Thomas ollie it and make it in Misled Youth?

The Gonz gap was awkward as fuck - skinny run up, tree branches, divot in the cement just at that critical point, hang up nightmares on the landing. Still, I was really surprised to see Paul Shier of all people come as close as he did to landing a 360flip over the thing.
