    hello people

i haven't posted a new mixtape for a while so here is a new one fresh off the decks today - this is UK dub (the heavy style played by Jah Shaka and Aba Shanti) and is designed to be played loud so don't be shy on the volume...

click this link to download the new mix
    https://www.yousendit.com/download/c...NDRBNkhIRGc9PQ
(link only lasts 7 days so be quick if you want it)

or check out my podcast at the link below to get this and some other mixes i have done - you can also subscribe to the RSS feed so you get the new mixes automatically...

I had to post here, as UK roots, dub, ska and skinhead '69 style is what I play, as those of you at the Stockwell jam will have heard. How nice was that sun? And the skating was insane especially Will Kramer, Stevie Thompson, Kev lovenskate, and Leggings (fucking LENGTHWAYS block ollie, not even trying!!! - the one in front of the sausage)

Check my Myspace for a live ska / boss sound mix www.myspace.com/babajonah

If you want me to play at your events hook me up I'll bring the vibes and the niceness.

Next show for me will be the VW event Bug Jam, I'm in a fucking huge tent playing alongside Pressure Sound from Southend

    Check the forums:
    www.bloodandfire.co.uk
www.trojanrecords.com (go to forum) - through this site there untold forum and reggae archive and info links in the music section.
Cant remember the address but Dubateers have the Dub Lounge too, google it and check it out too.

If you live in London watch my myspace for session updates, downloads and photos.

Live it up, respect, one love to all the skaters that roll it rootikal. Charlie.

Someone asked me the link between skateboarding and reggae at the recent Saffron Walden jam where I selected tunes. I answered with two words. John. Cardiel.

Today, heres Idren Natural's killer on Black Wheat 7" 'Farover'. Trust me, this is one of the best steppas style dubs I've ever heard!!!

also i set up another podcast for different music (non reggae) - first one is a step back to my 1995 jungle tunes...

I recorded two hour long segments of Aba Shanti when he played at Rootikal in Shoreditch last month. How the fuck do I get them online? I've looked at Sendspace and Podomatic so far but they look like the sort of sites that involve paying to post stuff. Am I just being thick?
