This might be a stupid question but what good will that info do them apart from demonstrate their hacking prowess. Is it worth selling on to research companies or the like? i'm probably missing something here.

Not even that complicated by todays' standards, the term 'Hacker' isn't used very well anymore.

That's kind of it, isn't it? Like graff writers getting their piece in the most dangerous/unlikely places.

Just to show that they can.

ah right, it's pretty mad that they got access to that: if they have there will be uproar.

I don't think I lied, but about a week after getting my driving license renewed and filling in the census I found out I'm moving house... more hassle than it's worth to set it right on those forms? Worst part is, I lived at that address for years without changing the address on my license.

    welcome to Belfast

as the story says, one night of rioting usually leads to more.
this same flash point got so bad one summer that we were only allowed to work in one half of the Tesco store up the street on nightshift because the rioters got hold of a few JCBs and our managers thought they were going to knock down the wall into the off sales section of the store.

Loosely related to that is this recent BBC documentary about this group of pipers & marching bands in Belfast - http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode...Stop_Marching/

Utterly worthless, inbred, uneducated scumbags on both sides keep this going. Fuck them all.
