The money only comes out when the thing finishes, and if the total is reached. So go for it.

    Oh, in that case ha

Edit: gonna do it tonight on a puter I trust. I'm still on vista at work because of drivers etc and firefox has dropped all support and protection so i'm vulnerable right now.
    Nobody take advantage of me!

I'm just joking here but I could probably buy the originals off eBay for less than the pledges.

    It looks R.a.D

Originals of every issue that's got a photo in this, and originals of all the unpublished stuff, and the interviews..?

Would love to get behind this but fuck me £80 for the book or £20 for some stickers? (for a project that already has funding from new balance.
Not trying to sound like a cunt but that is fucking expensive.

    Pledged.

The number of hours required to collect, organise, scan & edit is off the charts, then you have the time spent in designing the book plus it clearly is a £25-30 quid book x 2 straight out of the gate. Down to support the project, the book is a huge plus.

    Hmm.

Books like these retail at about £40 - £50 anyway, so I see the £80 as just buying the two volumes early. And helping to make sure they exist, since it's a massive amount of work for those involved, a huge risk, and from our point of view probably the only way these photographs and stories will be seen.

Yeah it seems reasonable for the two volumes to me. When you figure in the years and years of trawling through everything especially TLB's stuff it seems more and more like a bargain. Good to see the kickstarter off to a healthy start yesterday
