    Default Eric Dressen appreciation

I know there's a nine Club thread but this dude deserves his own.

Surely the most self-effacing 'legend' in skateboarding?

Such a legend man. First pro I ever saw skate, blew my mind. He came in Supreme about 5 years ago and we were talking about the demo at Brum Wheels in that sketchy wooden bowl we had- said it was his favourite demo ever. He absolutely loves England- real bummer he had trouble getting in. He asked me and Seth if he could have a picture with us! That's my line dude! humblest fella ever

He had a massive effect on me. Loosened my wheels off to get that screech on power slides.

Didn't he have a cover of thrasher in like every decade since the 70's or something?

Also, his oft-forgotten epic section in Santa Cruz's 'Big Pants Small Wheels' video

Have only ever seen PJ Ladd do that style of pressure flip, and he does it down stairs.

interesting thinking of the pros who managed to straddle the 80s/ 90s Roccolution.
at the time, it seemed like a lot of the Santa Cruz crew were a bit lost [/World goggles], but that part was pretty good

I don’t think it would be fair to ask him to talk about or on behalf on Jessee. He is there to talk about his own career really.
